You can always resize it, and if it's blurry, it could be an outer glow added, and the blur tool was used.

Normally I wouldnt get involved in this sorta " discussion " but ive been watching this topic and getting a bit p****d with you guys accusing a member of " stealing " without any proof.
Its not up to anyone to defend there artwork, and if people do not want to say what programs or software their using, then they do not have to.
If anyone has proof that any of them images have been stolen from another website, then PM the guy, dont bring this sorta stuff out into an open forum for all the members to read, this rubbish can be really embarrassing for the member involved.
