Pretty good work Kira, the central image looks quite good against the flames effect.. nicely done mate..

For the L one: I like it. But be a little more careful when trying to blend in the render. ^_^
For the Black Star one: The light source is... big. A little too big though. When doing the light source, don't put the center in the sig. Use the edges of the circle brush. (Edges on a circle, LOL)
For the Fairy Tale Person one: I like the flame effect in the background, but it's a little too empty overall.

All in all, they're nice.

Naruto Sig (Lazer: Old) = Looks like a butterfly in the back. But I really like that font. 8/10
Naruto Sig (Lazer: New) = It looks like his chakra is swirling around him! O: Except try making the swirl a little smaller. ^__^ 9/10
Fire Lord Flame Effect Sig = Nice! O: It looks really close to a real flame! 10/10 <3
Blizzard Sig = Niice! Except, I think it would be better without the text. 9/10

I was bored and I didn't have photoshop so I made this Itachi sig in GIMP

I'm only messing you about mate, i'm not serious about the spelling..
my spelling goes wonky at times aswell..
Anyway.. thats a real good Altair sig, it has a very good effect to it and good colouring.
Same with your Itachi sig, I like the colours and the background effect on it aswell, real good graphic creations there mate..
