They're definitely done on Photoshop....
The music shape's a default. And plus, it's not that hard to make these...

So I noticed you like Typography. =) If you're mainly going to make typographic graphics, then I suggest that the text have more "umph" to it. It's not that interesting if it's just some text on a bg Wink
