these days technology may have aged to give us better sound and better
picture, but I think some of these new movies aren't as good as some
older movies.
I just finished watching the movie "cool runnings". for those who
don't know, cool runnings is a movie based on the true storie of the
first ever Jamaican Bobsled team, made up of 3 of the fastest track
runners in Jamaica, and the best "push cart" champian in jamaica. when
they went to the winter olympics they could have won, but in the final
run, because of a loose bolt, their bobsled fell apart and they spun
out of control, crashing just 100m from the finish line. but instead of
haveing the paramedics take them away, they got out of the bobsled,
picked it up and walked the last 100m and crossed the finish line with
pride, they returned to the winter olympics as equals to the other
countries. the people who played the athletes in the movie were! the athletes themselves! this is one of the graetest movies of all time and all it does is become greater with age
but I want to know what other people think of it and other good old movies
