Yes, for all of you cross country lovers (or maybe just me ^^). Or any kind of running sport. I absolutely love running, even though I'm one of the worst ones on the xc team.
I am a long-distance runner, rather than a sprinter. My best time for a mile is 6:26, although 1.7 mi I can run it in 12:48. Not bad, but not great either. I used to do 22 minutes for that length, and my first race I got 17:55. YEA! It was bad. I got last place every time I ran a race but 2 races ago I took 11. Nearly medalled. Oh well.
Anyone have any interesting/boring stories to tell?
