if ur not talking about emulators and roms then no u cant get ANY pokemon games on sony or microsoft consoles. Pokemon is strictly for nintendo handheld consoles with the acception of a few addon/misc/minigames on the wii and n64 such as pokemon ranger and the stadium series <<nintendo guru here guys^^

uhhh bozo i finally bothered to read ur loooong comment and *facepalm* u idiot, yellow version or pikachu version was the 3rd kanto game. The third game in a pokemon generation is a special version where you can usually catch a diff legendary and ALL pokemon in that reigon is there and avaliable to catch. yellow was special because you had the ability to bond with ur pikachu as it followed u around(although this system was improved in heartgold/soulsilver, i actually felt sorry for the little buggers and gave em potions) it also allowed you to catch mewtwo[correct me if im wrong cuz i havent actually played till even the 2nd gym on yellow ] which u couldnt in the first two games... on the topic of a crystal remake, i personaly dont think theyll bother. i think they

All pokemon games are released on Nintendo Consoles and not on Sony cause Sony is like a rival company to Nintendo.
HG/SS is on DS,DSi,DSLite and all types of DS.
There are also new games called Pokemon Black and White confirmed which will feature the 5th generation Pokemon and the game will be total 3D!

umm guys i'm an pokemon addict and for me Pokemon HG and SS are pretty out of date because there are new Pokemon game called Pokemon Black And Pokemon White these game contains the all-new generation-5 pokemon...

The Pokemon Official site has revealed all the known information:

• The new region will be called Isshu. The main playable characters will be older now.
  
• The magazine also revealed Zorua and Zoroark's ability Illusion. This ability allows them transform to any Pokemon, but not only that but could change into the transformed Pokemon's name.
  
• It also revealed how to obtain Zoroark. You have to transfer the Movie 13 pre-order event Pokemon Entei, Raikou, and/or Suicune to Black and White which you will activate the Zoroark event and will be able to capture at Lv 25.
  
• Two new moves were also announced which are, Trickery damage output which depends on your opponenet status and Claw Sharpen which raises the user's Attack and Accuracy status.
  
• Hiun City is Isshu's central city.
