They're good but some of the shapes and objects are slightly missplaced,
1st = 8/10
2nd = 9/10

Their good but on the first one the heads a bit off the edge. Text choice wasn't brilliant either for both.In the second one i really liked the text placement.I loved the image you used for you'r second one it suits the whole badge which makes it excellent.The border for the first one wasn't the best choice but the orange text fit in well. Overall it's a good job.

It's good for a first try but it's really hard to change uniforms you should zoom in and get an area of effect colours getting the shadow right and all it's really complicated i'm no good at it either.
